Terms

  • The InstaLab prize draw is open to all entrants aged 18 and over.
  • Participants that choose to sign up to receive emails will receive messages from Student Circuit and Digi-Key. Participants therefore agree to receive newsletters and other information from Digi-Key about new products, technologies and applications, features on Digikey.com, eBooks, and Digi-Key news and events. Once signed-up, you may withdraw your consent at any time via links provided in each email.
  • Employees or agencies of Student Circuit or Digi-Key may not enter the Prize draw.
  • By entering the Prize draw you are accepting these terms and conditions.
  • There are 3 ways to enter the Prize draw, either online via the landing page www.student-circuit.com/competition, by completing a registration card at the Student Circuit/Digi-Key Stall or posting to the address below.
  • For online applications, you must fill in your details as requested above and click the ‘Submit’ button. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize draw, email editor@student-circuit.com
  • Syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
  • No bulk, third party or automated entries permitted.
  • Only one entry is permitted per person.
  • One winner will win one InstaLab Kit.
  • One winner per fair will win a drone.
  • The winner will be notified by Student Circuit/Digi-Key directly by email. If a winner does not respond to Student Circuit/Digi-Key within 7 days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Student Circuit/Digi-Key shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, then the winner’s prize will be forfeit and another winner will be selected at random. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeit and Student Circuit/Digi-Key shall be entitled to select another winner.
  • The prizes will be sent to the winner by Student Circuit directly.
  • The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred by and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
  • Student Circuit retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
  • Student Circuit takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
  • Details of the winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Win a InstaLab Kit, Student Circuit, Comice Place, Woodfalls Farm, Gravelly Ways, Laddingford, Kent ME18 6DA, UK.
  • The name and country of the winner will be available on student-circuit.com/competition
  • No purchase is necessary.
  • The winner may be required for promotional activity.
  • The Promoter of the Prize draw is Student Circuit whose address is Comice Place, Woodfalls Farm, Gravelly Ways, Laddingford, Kent ME18 6DA, UK.
  • Any complaints regarding the Prize draw should be sent to this address.
  • The decision of Student Circuit in all matters under its control is final and binding.
  • Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information in any mandatory field shall be deemed invalid entries.
  • The competition will run from 9th September until 2nd October 2019
  • Winner to be announced on 30th October to allow for flyer entries
  • Competition entrants must be students at a UK university in full-time education.
  • A total of 50 Digi-Key branded Circuit Playground Expresses will be given away at random across the freshers’ week events. No purchase necessary. When the Circuit Playgrounds have been distributed no claim can be made towards receiving a Circuit Playground Express or an alternative give-away.
